Part-time substitute teacher role in licensed preschools and daycare centers in Port Washington, Wisconsin, and surrounding communities, working with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers ages 0–5 rather than K–12 students. Substitute teachers fill in when center staff are absent and support children through play and early learning activities. The role does not require a teaching license, lesson planning, grading, or test administration. Paid training and onboarding are provided, and the position offers opportunities to gain experience across multiple early childhood programs. Employees can choose the centers, days, and hours they work. Shifts typically last 4–8 hours and fall between 6 AM and 6 PM. Pay is $16–$17 per hour, up to $136 per day, with bonuses of up to $300 during the first 90 days, additional hour milestone payouts, and mileage reimbursement for eligible travel.
