The Sub Team Player works shifts assigned according to their availability and business needs, without a set schedule. The role supports daily fitness club operations by maintaining cleanliness and a welcoming atmosphere, providing member service, supporting membership activities, and ensuring club policies and procedures are followed. Sub Team Players must submit an availability form upon hire, report changes at least seven days in advance, and respond to shift offers within 24 hours. They must work at least four hours per month and no more than 20 hours per week. Employment may be terminated for failing to meet minimum scheduling requirements, not actively working within the last 60 calendar days, or declining three consecutive shifts they had indicated they were available to work. This is a part-time, nonexempt position. Work hours are scheduled during normal club operating hours and may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts. Hours may change based on business needs. The position operates in a fitness club environment, with no travel expected and no supervisory responsibilities.
