About The Position

EVEREVE is hiring a full-time Stylist at its Redmond Town Center store in Redmond, Washington. The role leads by example to ensure customers receive the EVEREVE Styling Experience and are seen and connected with. Stylists contribute to a warm, collaborative store culture grounded in the company’s HEART values: humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity. The Stylist is a lead sales generator and maintains a strong presence on the sales floor. When the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent, the Stylist supports coaching and leading the styling floor and team, as well as daily store operations, including coordinating activities, managing inventory, and maintaining merchandising and visual standards. The role also supports recruiting and leads an assigned Division of Responsibility based on the store’s volume group. Salary is listed as $56,951 per year ($27.38 per hour).

Responsibilities

Support recruiting efforts to build a talented team aligned with the company’s HEART culture and Styling Experience.
Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor and lead by example by following company and Store Manager standards.
