About The Position

As a part-time Stylist at EVEREVE, you ensure customers receive the EVEREVE Styling Experience whenever they shop in the store. You make sure every customer is seen and connected with, guided by the store mantra, “WE WILL MISS NO ONE!” The role combines fashion styling and customer connection with support for store operations, inventory management, visual standards, and sales goals. Stylists work collaboratively with leaders and peers and represent EVEREVE’s HEART values: humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity.

Responsibilities

• Act according to EVEREVE’s HEART values: humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity.
• Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor, showing warmth and positive energy and demonstrating passion for fashion and trends.
• Follow company policies and standards set by the company and Store Manager.
• Collaborate with leaders and peers to provide a strong HEART Styling experience for all customers.
• Support the leadership team with daily business operations, including coordinating operations, managing store inventory, and maintaining merchandising and visual standards.
• Contribute to store sales generation and goals.
