About The Position

EVEREVE is hiring a part-time Stylist at its Southlake Town Center store in Southlake, Texas. The Stylist helps customers feel fully alive through fashion by delivering the EVEREVE Styling Experience whenever they shop. The role centers on ensuring every customer is seen and connected with, guided by the store mantra, “WE WILL MISS NO ONE!”

The Stylist works on the sales floor with warmth and positive energy, shares a passion for fashion and current trends, and collaborates with leaders and peers to provide a welcoming styling experience. The role also supports daily store operations, inventory management, merchandising and visual standards, and store sales goals. The hourly pay listed is $17.66.

Responsibilities

• Act in accordance with EVEREVE’s HEART values: humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity.
• Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor, showing warmth and positive energy.
• Follow company and Store Manager policies and standards.
• Team Style with leaders and peers to deliver a HEART Styling experience for all customers.
• Support the leadership team with daily business operations, including coordinating operations, managing store inventory, and upholding merchandising and visual standards.
• Contribute to sales generation and achievement of store goals.
