About The Position

Aurora Behavioral Health, a Finni Health company, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician to provide in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children in Redmond, Washington, and the surrounding area. The role involves working one-on-one with children and using ABA techniques under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support their development and daily lives.

This is a part-time, in-person position of less than 30 hours per week, scheduled Monday through Friday from 1:00 PM to 6:30 PM. Pay is $22.00–$27.00 per hour. Aurora Behavioral Health partners with Finni Health to provide compassionate in-home ABA therapy, with tools, training, and operational support for local BCBAs and technicians.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children.
• Passion for supporting children with special needs.
• Reliable transportation.
• Pass a background check; employment offers are contingent upon successful screening results.
• Be at least 18 years of age to meet regulatory, background check, and BACB eligibility requirements for behavioral healthcare providers.

Nice To Haves

• Active CPR certification.
• CBT certification, or willingness to obtain it within a set timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person ABA therapy in a child's home.
• Follow behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors.
• Participate in supervision sessions with a BCBA.
• Attend required team meetings and training sessions.
