About The Position

The Style Advisor brings contagious energy, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a personal approach to customer interactions. This role involves developing expertise through a multi-layered training program and educating customers about the fit, construction, and style of Suitsupply Ready to Wear and Custom-Made products. The Style Advisor provides professional sales service, builds customer loyalty, and helps maintain merchandise presentation and store standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, hospitality, and/or service.
• Genuine interest in fashion and styling.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform successfully in a team-based culture.
• Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Participate successfully in a multi-layered training cycle to develop expertise and skills aligned with brand expectations.
• Present and educate customers about the fit, construction, and style of Suitsupply Ready to Wear and Custom-Made products.
• Practice professional salesmanship according to company policies and procedures to achieve personal and store sales and metrics.
• Build customer relationships and loyalty using Suitsupply’s Radically Personal program.
• Ensure merchandise is properly and attractively displayed according to visual guidelines.
• Ensure store standards and operations meet company standards.
• Perform other duties assigned by the store leadership team.
