About The Position

The Style Advisor brings contagious energy, an entrepreneurial spirit, a strong personal sense of style, and enthusiasm for dressing customers. The role calls for genuine, direct communication and a personal approach to building relationships. Style Advisors complete a multi-layered training cycle, educate customers about the fit, construction, and style of Suitsupply Ready to Wear and Custom-Made products, and use the company’s Radically Personal program to build client loyalty. They also support sales goals, merchandise presentation, and store standards and operations.

Requirements

Previous experience in sales, hospitality, and/or service.
Genuine interest in fashion and styling.
Professional verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to perform successfully in a team-based culture.
Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Participate successfully in a multi-layered training cycle to develop expertise and skills in line with brand expectations.
Present and educate customers about the fit, construction, and style of Suitsupply Ready to Wear and Custom-Made products.
Practice professional salesmanship in accordance with company policies and procedures to achieve personal and store sales and metrics.
Build relationships and increase client loyalty by using Suitsupply’s Radically Personal program.
Ensure merchandise is properly and attractively displayed according to visual guidelines.
Ensure store standards and operations meet company standards.
Perform other duties assigned by the store leadership team.
