About The Position

As a Style Advisor, you bring contagious energy and an entrepreneurial spirit, have a strong personal sense of style, and are enthusiastic about dressing people. You share your opinions through genuine, direct communication and take a personal approach to building relationships with customers.

You will complete a multi-layered training cycle to develop expertise and skills in line with brand expectations. You will present and educate customers about the fit, construction, and style of Suitsupply Ready to Wear and Custom-Made products; use professional salesmanship to achieve personal and store sales goals and metrics; and build customer loyalty through Suitsupply’s Radically Personal program. You will also maintain merchandise displays and store standards, follow company operations, and perform other duties assigned by the store leadership team.

The role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. The posting offers a full-time contract at $18–$22 per hour, plus commission.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, hospitality, and/or service.
• Genuine interest in fashion and styling.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform successfully in a team-based culture.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Participate successfully in a multi-layered training cycle to develop expertise and skills in line with brand expectations.
• Present and educate customers about the fit, construction, and style of Suitsupply Ready to Wear and Custom-Made products.
• Practice professional salesmanship according to company policies and procedures to achieve personal and store sales goals and metrics.
• Build relationships and increase customer loyalty by using Suitsupply’s Radically Personal program.
• Ensure merchandise is properly and attractively displayed according to visual guidelines.
• Ensure store standards and operations meet company standards.
• Perform other duties assigned by the store leadership team.
