About The Position

The Style Advisor brings contagious energy and an entrepreneurial spirit, has a strong personal sense of style, and is enthusiastic about dressing people. The role involves sharing opinions through genuine, direct communication and taking a personal approach to customer interactions while building relationships. The Style Advisor participates in a multi-layered training cycle to develop expertise in line with brand expectations, and presents and educates customers about the fit, construction, and style of Suitsupply Ready to Wear and Custom-Made products. The role also includes professional salesmanship to achieve personal and store sales metrics, building customer loyalty through Suitsupply’s Radically Personal program, maintaining merchandise displays and store standards, and carrying out other duties assigned by the store leadership team.

Requirements

Previous experience in sales, hospitality, and/or service.
Genuine interest in fashion and styling.
Professional verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to perform successfully in a team-based culture.
Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Successfully participate in a multi-layered training cycle to develop expertise and skillset aligned with brand expectations.
Present and educate customers about the fit, construction, and style of Suitsupply Ready to Wear and Custom-Made products.
Practice professional salesmanship according to company policies and procedures to achieve personal and store sales and metrics.
Build customer relationships and loyalty by utilizing Suitsupply’s Radically Personal program.
Ensure merchandise is properly and attractively displayed according to visual guidelines.
Ensure store standards and operations meet company standards.
Perform other duties assigned by the store leadership team.
