About The Position

As a Style Advisor at Suitsupply’s Madison Avenue store, you will bring contagious energy and an entrepreneurial spirit, with a strong personal sense of style and enthusiasm for dressing people. You will share your opinions through genuine, direct communication and build relationships with customers using a personal approach.

You will participate in a multi-layered training cycle to develop expertise and skills aligned with brand expectations. You will educate customers about the fit, construction, and style of Suitsupply Ready to Wear and Custom-Made products; use professional salesmanship to achieve personal and store sales goals and metrics; and build customer loyalty through Suitsupply’s Radically Personal program. You will also maintain merchandise displays and store standards, and perform other duties assigned by the store leadership team.

This is a full-time contract position offering an hourly salary of $19–$25, plus commission. The role requires a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, hospitality, and/or service.
• Genuine interest in fashion and styling.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform successfully in a team-based culture.

Responsibilities

• Participate successfully in a multi-layered training cycle to develop expertise and skills aligned with brand expectations.
• Present and educate customers about the fit, construction, and style of Suitsupply Ready to Wear and Custom-Made products.
• Practice professional salesmanship according to company policies and procedures to achieve personal and store sales goals and metrics.
• Build relationships and increase customer loyalty using Suitsupply’s Radically Personal program.
• Ensure merchandise is displayed properly and attractively according to visual guidelines.
• Ensure store standards and operations meet company standards.
• Perform other duties assigned by the store leadership team.
