About The Position

As a Style Advisor, you bring contagious energy, an entrepreneurial spirit, a strong sense of personal style, and enthusiasm for dressing people. You share your opinions through genuine, direct communication and take a personal approach to building relationships with customers. You will complete a multi-layered training program to develop expertise in line with brand expectations. You will educate customers about the fit, construction, and style of Suitsupply Ready to Wear and Custom-Made products, provide professional sales service, and work toward personal and store sales goals. You will also build customer loyalty through Suitsupply’s Radically Personal program, maintain merchandise displays and store standards, and perform other duties assigned by store leadership.

Requirements

Previous experience in sales, hospitality, and/or service.
Genuine interest in fashion and styling.
Professional verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to perform successfully in a team-based culture.
Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Participate in a multi-layered training cycle to develop expertise and skills aligned with brand expectations.
Present and educate customers about the fit, construction, and style of Suitsupply Ready to Wear and Custom-Made products.
Practice professional salesmanship according to company policies and procedures to achieve personal and store sales and metrics.
Build customer relationships and loyalty using Suitsupply’s Radically Personal program.
Ensure merchandise is properly and attractively displayed according to visual guidelines.
Ensure store standards and operations meet company standards.
Perform other duties assigned by the store leadership team.
