About The Position

The Style Advisor brings contagious energy, an entrepreneurial spirit, a strong personal sense of style, and enthusiasm for dressing people. The role involves genuine, direct communication and taking a personal approach to building customer relationships.

The Style Advisor participates in a multi-layered training program, presents and educates customers about the fit, construction, and style of Suitsupply Ready to Wear and Custom-Made products, and practices professional salesmanship to achieve personal and store sales goals and metrics. The role also focuses on customer loyalty through Suitsupply’s Radically Personal program, attractive merchandise displays, and maintaining store standards and operations. This position is for a new store opening at Aventura Mall in Miami, Florida.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, hospitality, and/or service.
• Genuine interest in fashion and styling.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform successfully in a team-based culture.
• Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a multi-layered training cycle to develop expertise and skills aligned with brand expectations.
• Present and educate customers about the fit, construction, and style of Suitsupply Ready to Wear and Custom-Made products.
• Practice professional salesmanship according to company policies and procedures to achieve personal and store sales goals and metrics.
• Build customer relationships and loyalty using Suitsupply’s Radically Personal program.
• Ensure merchandise is properly and attractively displayed according to visual guidelines.
• Ensure store standards and operations meet company standards.
• Perform other duties assigned by the store leadership team.
