About The Position

The Style Advisor cultivates client relationships through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, and personal engagement, serving as a trusted style confidante. The advisor assists clients in the store and digitally, using technology for outreach and selling, and speaks knowledgeably about fashion and trends in person and online. This position is onsite at the specified location and reports to the Sales Manager.

Requirements

Motivation and ability to set and achieve sales goals.
Experience with technology and selling to clients using digital tools.
Styling, fashion, and fashion retail experience.
Commission sales experience.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Flexible work schedule.

Responsibilities

Maintain a customer-centric mentality.
Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge, and improve sales through technology and wardrobing.
Showcase products appropriately for remote and in-person clients.
Use selling tools and digital store technology, including omnichannel capabilities and fleetwide inventory.
Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobing goals.
Grow individual productivity through wardrobing, successful outreach, and technology use.
Use digital tools and social media to connect with clients and guide intentional traffic.
Promote a positive work environment through collaboration.
