About The Position

As a Style Advisor, you bring contagious energy, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a strong personal sense of style. You enjoy helping people dress well, share opinions through genuine and direct communication, and take a personal approach to building relationships with customers.

You will complete a multi-layered training cycle to develop expertise in line with brand expectations, and present and educate customers on the fit, construction, and style of Suitsupply Ready to Wear and Custom-Made products. The role also involves professional salesmanship, building customer loyalty through Suitsupply’s Radically Personal program, maintaining merchandise displays and store standards, and performing other duties assigned by store leadership. This position is for the new store opening at Aventura Mall in Miami, Florida.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, hospitality, and/or service.
• Genuine interest in fashion and styling.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform successfully in a team-based culture.
• Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a multi-layered training cycle to develop expertise and skills aligned with brand expectations.
• Present and educate customers on the fit, construction, and style of Suitsupply Ready to Wear and Custom-Made products.
• Practice professional salesmanship according to company policies and procedures to achieve personal and store sales goals and metrics.
• Build customer relationships and loyalty using Suitsupply’s Radically Personal program.
• Ensure merchandise is displayed properly and attractively according to visual guidelines.
• Maintain store standards and operations according to company standards.
• Perform other duties assigned by the store leadership team.
