About The Position

As a Style Advisor, you bring contagious energy, an entrepreneurial spirit, a strong personal sense of style, and enthusiasm for dressing people. You share opinions through genuine, direct communication and take a personal approach to building relationships with customers.

You will participate in a multi-layered training program to develop expertise in line with brand expectations. You will educate customers about the fit, construction, and style of Suitsupply Ready to Wear and Custom-Made products; use professional sales practices to meet personal and store sales goals and metrics; and build client loyalty through Suitsupply’s Radically Personal program. You will also maintain merchandise displays and store standards, and perform other duties assigned by store leadership.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, hospitality, and/or service.
• Genuine interest in fashion and styling.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform successfully in a team-based culture.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a multi-layered training cycle to develop expertise and skills in line with brand expectations.
• Present and educate customers about the fit, construction, and style of Suitsupply Ready to Wear and Custom-Made products.
• Practice professional salesmanship according to company policies and procedures to achieve personal and store sales goals and metrics.
• Build customer relationships and loyalty using Suitsupply’s Radically Personal program.
• Ensure merchandise is properly and attractively displayed according to visual guidelines.
• Ensure store standards and operations meet company standards.
• Perform other duties assigned by the store leadership team.
