About The Position

As a Style Advisor, you bring contagious energy, an entrepreneurial spirit, a strong personal style, and enthusiasm for dressing people. You share opinions through genuine, direct communication and build relationships through a personal approach to each interaction. You will develop expertise through a multi-layered training cycle and educate customers about the fit, construction, and style of Suitsupply Ready to Wear and Custom-Made products. You will practice professional salesmanship to achieve personal and store sales goals and metrics, build client loyalty through Suitsupply’s Radically Personal program, maintain merchandise displays and store standards, and perform other duties assigned by the store leadership team.

Requirements

Previous experience in sales, hospitality, and/or service.
Genuine interest in fashion and styling.
Professional verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to perform successfully in a team-based culture.
Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Participate successfully in a multi-layered training cycle to develop expertise and skills aligned with brand expectations.
Present and educate customers enthusiastically about the fit, construction, and style of Suitsupply Ready to Wear and Custom-Made products.
Practice professional salesmanship according to company policies and procedures to achieve personal and store sales goals and metrics.
Build relationships and increase client loyalty using Suitsupply’s Radically Personal program.
Ensure merchandise is properly and attractively displayed according to visual guidelines.
Ensure store standards and operations meet company standards.
Perform other duties assigned by the store leadership team.
