About The Position
The Style Advisor is part of Aritzia’s Retail Team, whose mission is to deliver world-class client experiences. The role offers an opportunity to contribute to delivering Everyday Luxury to Aritzia clients and to develop skills that can support continued growth in retail and beyond. Style Advisors provide sales and service expertise through styling, create meaningful and memorable client experiences, and build personalized relationships that strengthen client loyalty and affinity for Aritzia. The role calls for excellent service, a commitment to learning and applying Aritzia’s Business and People Leadership principles, and an understanding of the brand’s vision, style fundamentals, trends, and cultural influences.
