About The Position

Warby Parker is seeking a well-rounded Sales Advisor to provide excellent service and create a memorable glasses-shopping experience. Sales Advisors contribute to the success of retail locations through customer interactions, process ideation and improvement, and special projects. They represent Warby Parker’s values and brand philosophy, help customers select products, support their team, and contribute to an inclusive retail culture.

Requirements

Customer-facing experience in a service-minded environment.
Ability to adapt and solve problems proactively, including responding quickly to unexpected situations.
Ability to work as a positive team player and lead by example.
Effective communication skills with a variety of people.
Organized, attentive, and detail-oriented.
Energetic self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit.
Must not be on the Office of Inspector General’s List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE).
