About The Position

Warby Parker is seeking a well-rounded Sales Advisor to provide excellent service to customers at its retail locations. Advisors contribute to the success of the business through customer interactions, process ideation and improvement, and special projects. In this role, the Sales Advisor represents Warby Parker’s values and brand philosophy, helps make glasses shopping a memorable experience, and supports an inclusive, customer-focused retail environment.

Requirements

Customer-facing experience in a service-minded environment.
Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of people.
Organized, attentive, and detail-oriented.
Not listed on the Office of Inspector General’s List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE).
