About The Position

Warby Parker is seeking a well-rounded Sales Advisor to provide excellent service to customers and support the success of its retail locations. Sales Advisors represent the company’s values and brand, help make glasses shopping an exceptional experience, contribute ideas for improving retail processes, and may participate in special projects. The role involves customer service, product knowledge, styling advice, teamwork, and helping foster an inclusive environment.

Requirements

Customer-facing experience in a service-minded environment.
Ability to adapt and solve problems proactively, including in unexpected situations.
Ability to work as a positive team player and lead by example.
Effective communication skills with a variety of people.
Organization, attentiveness, and attention to detail.
Self-motivation and an entrepreneurial spirit.
Must not be on the Office of Inspector General’s List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE).
