About The Position

The Inventory Associate supports the movement of merchandise into and out of the store and contributes to seamless operations across the retail space. The role is part of Aritzia’s Inventory Management team, whose mission is to enable a curated merchandise assortment and seamless retail environment that create exceptional shopping experiences. The position also offers opportunities to develop skills for continued growth within Retail and at Aritzia.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently and accurately process incoming and outgoing shipments to and from distribution centers, between stores, and to clients.
• Strategically place product in the back room, distributing it evenly to achieve optimal balance and maintaining ideal stock quantities.
• Uphold product display standards by ensuring the right product is in the right place at the right stock level.
• Support omni-channel service management to enable seamlessly integrated cross-channel shopping experiences.
• Support retail space operations, including window installations, fitting room operations, supplies and equipment management, and technology support.
