•$55,000 - $70,000•Onsite

About The Position

Staffing Fitness is partnering with a fast-growing, multi-location boutique fitness operator to hire a Studio Leader, also known in boutique studios as a Studio Manager or General Manager. The role owns studio results, including membership growth, team performance, operational compliance, and member experience. It leads coaches and sales associates, partners weekly with the Chief Operating Officer (COO), and translates company goals into plans the team can execute. This is a hands-on leadership position spent on the studio floor and in the lobby. Assistant Studio Managers ready to lead their own studio are encouraged to apply. The Studio Leader sets studio goals, plans and runs community and marketing events, monitors performance metrics, hires and develops staff, communicates priorities, and ensures compliant day-to-day operations. The role also maintains a welcoming, high-energy member experience and is measured against targets for coach conversion, class utilization and churn, and sales-associate booking and close rates.
