Studio Manager

PURE PHYSIQUE LaGrangeville & Beacon•Beacon, NY

About The Position

The Studio Manager is the owner’s right hand and leads the day-to-day success of PURE PHYSIQUE’s Beacon studio. This hands-on leadership role combines client coaching, sales, team management, and studio operations. Initially, the manager will spend significant time coaching workouts and building client relationships while learning the studio’s systems and leading daily operations. Over time, the position takes increasing ownership of sales, team performance, member retention, and overall studio results. The role requires initiative, proactive problem-solving, attention to detail, and reliable follow-through. The manager will also collaborate with the established LaGrangeville studio to share best practices and maintain consistent standards across both locations. As the manager grows into the position, they will assume greater responsibility for the studio’s people, sales, operations, and overall business performance. PURE PHYSIQUE is a boutique strength training franchise offering 30-minute, trainer-led small-group workouts for busy adults. The franchise describes its purpose as “We Build People Up.” The Beacon franchise is independently owned and operated; applications go directly to the franchisee, whose management makes hiring decisions.
