About The Position

We are looking for a Studio Manager who is driven as well as approachable. This individual should be task-oriented and willing to be held accountable. They will be responsible for engaging with everyone who enters the studio—members, employees, vendors, visitors—making time for them, and addressing any issues that arise. The Studio Manager will motivate a sales team, listen effectively, and maintain a personal commitment to fitness and fun. They will ensure members are recognized for milestones and consistently surpass sales goals.

• Compensation: $24.00 per hour
