About The Position

The Studio Manager is the owner’s right hand and drives the day-to-day success of PURE PHYSIQUE’s Beacon studio. This hands-on leadership role combines client coaching, sales, team management, and studio operations. Initially, the manager will spend significant time coaching workouts and building client relationships while learning the studio’s systems and leading daily operations. Over time, the role takes on increasing ownership of sales, team performance, member retention, and overall studio results. The manager collaborates with the established LaGrangeville studio to share best practices and maintain consistent standards across both locations. The role is suited to someone who takes initiative, solves problems proactively, pays attention to detail, and follows through. A full-time schedule is required, along with availability for occasional off-hours needs, coordinating coverage when unexpected issues arise, and the flexibility to keep studio operations running smoothly. PURE PHYSIQUE is a boutique strength training franchise offering 30-minute, trainer-led small-group workouts for busy adults. The company says it has been named one of Entrepreneur Magazine’s “Hottest Fitness Franchises” and featured on NBC, FOX, CBS, News 12, Men’s Journal, Muscle & Fitness, and other outlets.
