About The Position

SoulCycle Studio Crew members bring the “Soul” of SoulCycle by building connections with riders, providing high-quality hospitality, and maintaining operational excellence. They uphold the company’s values and vision while helping create a welcoming, community-focused studio experience. This part-time role requires availability on at least three days week over week, totaling 20 hours, including at least one Saturday or Sunday. Employees are also expected to be available for peak holiday shifts. The listed responsibilities are representative rather than exhaustive, and other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• Customer service experience.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Curate personalized rider experiences through high-level customer service and hospitality.
• Build community with riders and anticipate their wants and needs.
• Create a welcoming studio environment for every rider.
• Support instructors with class check-in.
• Assist in first-aid situations.
• Participate in studio-specific challenges intended to drive paid rides, retail sales, and hospitality.
• Upsell class packs, renewal memberships, retail items, shoes, and water.
• Drive studio goals through intentional selling and maintain product knowledge for retail operations.
• Assist Studio Management with daily tasks and projects.
• Support training and coaching for new hires.
• Build relationships with staff to promote efficiency and camaraderie.
• Maintain SoulCycle studio aesthetics, atmosphere, and culture.
• Clean and prepare bikes, weights, floors, and mirrors.
• Clean common areas, bathrooms, locker areas, the front desk, retail shelves, office, and hallways.
