About The Position

SoulCycle Studio Crew members bring the “Soul” of SoulCycle by connecting with riders, delivering innovative hospitality, and maintaining operational excellence. The role supports a welcoming community and upholds the company’s values and vision. This is a part-time position requiring availability at least three days each week, totaling 20 hours, including at least one Saturday or Sunday. Requirements

• Customer service experience.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Openness to receiving and delivering feedback.
• Ability to complete tasks and perform duties without direction.
• Keen eye for detail.
• Availability at least three days per week, totaling 20 hours, including at least one Saturday or Sunday.
• Availability to work peak holiday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Create personalized rider experiences through high-level customer service and hospitality.
• Build community with riders and anticipate their wants and needs.
• Help ensure every rider feels welcome in the studio.
• Support instructors with class check-in.
• Assist in first-aid situations.
• Participate in studio challenges intended to drive paid rides, retail sales, and hospitality.
• Upsell class packs, renewal memberships, retail products, shoes, and water; drive studio goals through intentional selling.
• Maintain product knowledge for retail operations.
• Assist Studio Management with daily tasks and projects.
• Support training and coaching new hires.
• Build relationships with staff to promote efficiency and camaraderie.
• Maintain SoulCycle’s studio aesthetics, atmosphere, and culture.
• Clean and prepare bikes, weights, floors, and mirrors.
• Clean common areas, bathrooms, locker areas, the front desk, lockers, retail shelves, office, and hallways.
