About The Position

SoulCycle Studio Crew members bring the “Soul” of SoulCycle by creating strong connections with riders, delivering innovative hospitality, and maintaining operational excellence. Crew members uphold the company’s values and vision while helping create a welcoming, inclusive studio community.

This is a part-time position requiring availability at least three days each week, totaling 20 hours, including at least one Saturday or Sunday. Employees are also expected to be available for peak holiday shifts. Responsibilities listed are representative rather than exhaustive, and other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• An innate love for taking care of people.
• Customer service experience.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Openness to receiving and delivering feedback.
• Ability to complete tasks and perform duties without direction.
• Keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create personalized rider experiences through high-level customer service and hospitality.
• Build community with riders and anticipate their wants and needs.
• Make riders feel welcome in the studio.
• Support instructors with class check-in.
• Assist in first-aid situations.
• Participate in studio challenges intended to drive paid rides, retail sales, and hospitality.
• Upsell class packs, renewal memberships, retail items, shoes, and water.
• Help drive studio goals through intentional selling and maintain product knowledge for retail operations.
• Assist Studio Management with daily tasks and projects.
• Support training and coaching for new hires.
• Build positive working relationships with staff to promote efficiency and camaraderie.
• Maintain the studio’s aesthetics, atmosphere, and culture.
• Clean and prepare bikes, weights, floors, and mirrors.
• Clean common areas, bathrooms, lockers, the front desk, retail shelves, office, and hallways.
