About The Position

SoulCycle is seeking Studio Crew members in Palm Beach to provide high-level customer service and hospitality, support studio operations, and help create a welcoming studio environment. Crew members assist Studio Management with daily tasks and projects, support instructors during class check-in, collaborate with staff, and maintain studio retail knowledge and the SoulCycle aesthetic. Duties also include preparing and cleaning the studio, exercise equipment, common areas, bathrooms, and changing rooms.

Part-time employees must be available at least three days per week, totaling 20 hours, including at least one Saturday or Sunday. All employees are expected to be available for peak holiday shifts. Responsibilities

• Provide high-level customer service and hospitality to clients.
• Assist Studio Management with daily studio tasks and projects.
• Maintain a positive attitude and take initiative.
• Support SoulCycle instructors to ensure a successful class check-in process.
• Work collaboratively with SoulCycle staff to promote efficiency and camaraderie.
• Assist with training and coaching new front desk staff hires.
• Maintain product knowledge for studio retail operations.
• Maintain the distinct SoulCycle aesthetic, appearance, atmosphere, and culture.
• Clean and prepare the studio, including exercise equipment such as bikes and weights, floors, and mirrors.
• Clean common areas, including the front desk, lockers, retail shelves, office, and hallways.
• Clean bathrooms and changing rooms.
