About The Position

The Key Holder provides high-level customer service and hospitality to clients and supports studio management with daily tasks and projects. The role helps instructors deliver a successful class check-in process, works collaboratively with studio staff, and assists with training and coaching new front-desk hires. The Key Holder maintains knowledge of studio retail products and helps preserve SoulCycle’s aesthetic, atmosphere, and culture.

Studio upkeep is also part of the position, including cleaning and preparing exercise equipment, floors, mirrors, common areas, bathrooms, and changing rooms. Part-time employees must be available at least three days per week, totaling 20 hours, and at least one available day must be Saturday or Sunday. All employees are expected to be available for peak holiday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level customer service and hospitality to clients.

• Clean common areas, including the front desk, lockers, retail shelves, office, and hallways.
• Clean bathrooms and changing rooms.
