About The Position

SoulCycle is a purpose-driven company seeking to foster an open, diverse, and inclusive community. The Key Holder supports studio operations by providing hospitality to clients, assisting Studio Management, supporting instructors and class check-in, and helping the front desk team work effectively. The role also helps maintain SoulCycle’s retail operations, studio atmosphere, cleanliness, and appearance.

Part-time employees must be available at least three days each week, totaling 20 hours, including at least one Saturday or Sunday. All employees are expected to be available to work peak holiday shifts. The listed duties are representative rather than comprehensive, and other duties may be assigned.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level customer service and hospitality to clients.
• Assist Studio Management with daily studio tasks and projects.
• Maintain a positive attitude and take initiative.
• Support SoulCycle instructors to ensure a successful class check-in process.
• Work cohesively with SoulCycle staff to support efficiency and camaraderie.
• Assist with training and coaching new front desk hires.
• Maintain product knowledge for studio retail operations.
• Maintain the distinct SoulCycle aesthetic, appearance, atmosphere, and culture.
• Clean and prepare the studio, including exercise equipment, floors, and mirrors.
• Clean common areas, including the front desk, lockers, retail shelves, office, and hallways.
• Clean bathrooms and changing rooms.
