About The Position

The Key Holder supports the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the store. The role leads by example and uses coaching and mentoring skills to model the behaviors needed to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service and achieve sales and customer service targets. It also involves cash handling, start- and end-of-day cash reconciliation, and opening and closing the store on a rota basis. The position is presented as an opportunity for an ambitious retail self-starter seeking an initial supervisory role and a path toward a long-term career in prestige beauty.

Requirements

• Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events, in a fast-paced work environment.
• Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
• Applicants must be able to provide proof of the right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail operations experience, including cash reconciliation and opening and closing the store.
• Previous supervisory experience, including coaching or mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.
