About The Position

The Key Holder supports the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the store. The role leads by example, using coaching and mentoring skills to model the behaviors the sales team needs to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service and achieve sales and customer service targets. Responsibilities also include essential start- and end-of-day cash reconciliation and opening and closing the store on a rota basis. Requirements

Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events, in a fast-paced work environment.
Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.

Nice To Haves

Previous retail operations experience, including cash reconciliation and opening and closing the store.
