About The Position

SoulCycle Studio Crew members bring the “Soul” of SoulCycle by creating connections with riders, delivering innovative hospitality, and maintaining operational excellence. They uphold the company’s values and vision while helping create a welcoming, inclusive studio community. This is a part-time position requiring availability on at least three days each week, totaling 20 hours, including at least one Saturday or Sunday. Employees are also expected to be available for peak holiday shifts. Duties may extend beyond those listed in the posting.

Requirements

A love of the SoulCycle brand.
An innate love for taking care of people.
Customer service experience.
Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Openness to receiving and delivering feedback.
Ability to complete tasks and duties without direction.
A keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

Create personalized rider experiences through high-level customer service and hospitality.
Build community with riders and anticipate their wants and needs.
Make riders feel welcome in the studio.
Support instructors with class check-in.
Assist with first aid situations.
Participate in studio challenges that promote paid rides, retail sales, and hospitality.
Upsell class packs, renewal memberships, retail products, shoes, and water.
Help achieve studio goals through intentional selling.
Maintain product knowledge for retail operations.
Assist Studio Management with daily tasks and projects.
Support the training and coaching of new hires.
Build positive working relationships with staff to promote efficiency and camaraderie.
Maintain SoulCycle studio aesthetics, atmosphere, and culture.
Clean and prepare bikes, weights, floors, and mirrors.
Clean common areas, bathrooms, locker areas, the front desk, retail shelves, office, and hallways.
