About The Position

SoulCycle is seeking an Assistant Studio Manager to contribute to company growth by efficiently managing a studio and leading its team. The role is responsible for the success and health of the studio’s daily operations. The ideal candidate is passionate about the SoulCycle culture and brand, interpersonally savvy, highly organized, customer-focused, and able to solve problems creatively and learn quickly. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Foster SoulCycle community and culture in the studio, and help create a positive working environment for the studio team.
• Build relationships with instructors, riders, and the local community; proactively identify and address conflicts; recognize team members’ accomplishments; and manage change.
• Support the team in addressing rider requests, provide exceptional hospitality to riders and staff, uphold core values and hospitality standards, and manage conflict in high-pressure situations.
• Learn and follow studio-specific and company-wide operational procedures and policies; help the team adapt to new processes; develop and maintain schedules; and execute solutions within company standards.
• Set priorities, meet deadlines, and develop checklists and operational schedules to maintain the facility.
• Plan projects, manage schedules, and complete business-critical work under pressure.
• Support the Studio Manager in developing business plans to achieve and exceed ridership and retail goals.
• Support the Studio Manager in executing company-wide initiatives in the studio.
• Develop a retail sales plan aligned with the studio’s goals and work with the retail team to identify opportunities to grow retail business.
