Studio Crew, South Beach
About The Position
The Studio Crew member provides customer service and hospitality to SoulCycle clients, supports studio management and instructors, and helps maintain the studio’s operations, appearance, atmosphere, and culture. The position includes front-desk and class check-in support, retail product knowledge, teamwork with studio staff, and training and coaching new front-desk hires. Studio upkeep duties include cleaning and preparing exercise equipment, floors, mirrors, common areas, bathrooms, and changing rooms. Part-time employees must be available at least three days week over week, totaling 20 hours, including at least one Saturday or Sunday. All employees are expected to be available for peak holiday shifts. The listed duties are representative rather than comprehensive, and other duties may be assigned.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Provide high-level customer service and hospitality to clients.
- Assist Studio Management with daily studio tasks and projects.
- Maintain a positive attitude and take initiative.
- Support SoulCycle instructors to ensure a successful class check-in process.
- Work as a cohesive team with SoulCycle staff to support efficiency and camaraderie.
- Assist with training and coaching new front-desk staff hires.
- Maintain product knowledge for studio retail operations.
- Maintain the distinct SoulCycle aesthetic, appearance, atmosphere, and culture.
- Clean and prepare the studio, including exercise equipment, bikes, weights, floors, and mirrors.
- Clean common areas, including the front desk, lockers, retail shelves, office, and hallways.
- Clean bathrooms and changing rooms.
