About The Position

SoulCycle Studio Crew members bring the “Soul” of SoulCycle by creating welcoming, personalized experiences for riders and maintaining strong studio operations. The role focuses on building rider connections, providing innovative hospitality, and upholding the company’s values and vision. Studio Crew members are expected to be available at least three days each week for a total of 20 hours, including at least one Saturday or Sunday, and to work peak holiday shifts. Duties listed are representative and may not include all assigned work.

Requirements

Customer service experience.
Availability at least three days each week, totaling 20 hours, including at least one Saturday or Sunday.
Availability to work peak holiday shifts.

Responsibilities

Curate personalized rider experiences through customer service and hospitality.
Build community with riders and anticipate their wants and needs.
Create a welcoming studio experience for every rider.
Support instructors with class check-in.
Assist in first aid situations.
Participate in studio challenges aimed at driving paid rides, retail sales, and hospitality.
Upsell class packs, renewal memberships, retail, shoes, and water.
Help drive studio goals through intentional selling.
Maintain product knowledge for retail operations.
Assist Studio Management with daily tasks and projects.
Support training and coaching new hires.
Build relationships with staff to promote efficiency and camaraderie.
Maintain SoulCycle studio aesthetics, atmosphere, and culture.
Clean and prepare bikes, weights, floors, and mirrors.
Clean common areas, bathrooms, locker areas, the front desk, lockers, retail shelves, office, and hallways.
