About The Position

The Studio Crew role supports SoulCycle studio operations by providing high-level customer service and hospitality, assisting studio management with daily tasks, supporting instructors during class check-in, and helping maintain the studio’s appearance and atmosphere. The role also includes cleaning and preparing exercise equipment, floors, mirrors, common areas, bathrooms, and changing rooms.

Part-time employees must be available at least three days per week, totaling 20 hours, including at least one Saturday or Sunday. All employees are expected to be available for peak holiday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level customer service and hospitality to clients.
• Assist Studio Management with daily studio tasks and projects.
• Maintain a positive attitude and take initiative.
• Support SoulCycle instructors to ensure a successful class check-in process.
• Work as a cohesive team with SoulCycle staff to support efficiency and camaraderie.
• Assist with training and coaching new front desk staff hires.
• Maintain product knowledge for studio retail operations.
• Maintain the distinct SoulCycle aesthetic, appearance, atmosphere, and culture.
• Clean and prepare the studio, including exercise equipment such as bikes and weights, floors, and mirrors.
• Clean common areas, including the front desk, lockers, retail shelves, office, and hallways.
• Clean bathrooms and changing rooms.
