About The Position

The Retail Stylist represents the brand image and is responsible for establishing, maintaining, and growing a client base to achieve sales goals. The Stylist provides expert product and wardrobe advice while delivering memorable client experiences. The role also supports store operations, merchandising standards, and the training and development of other Stylists.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required.
At least 3 years of experience in a premium-to-luxury selling environment.
Strong customer service and verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in utilizing available technology.
Flexibility and ability to work evenings, weekends, and holiday schedules.

An existing client base or book of business is preferred.

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain deep connections with clients and drive repeat business to achieve sales goals.
Consistently deliver memorable in-store experiences and plan client appointments to maximize results.
Inform clients about in-store events and new product deliveries to enhance their experience and increase engagement.
Use multiple technology channels to strengthen existing client relationships and acquire new clients.
Maintain broad product knowledge across all brand categories and take initiative to stay informed to maximize selling potential.
Address clients’ total wardrobe needs across all categories.
Inform clients about brand services.
Put clients first when resolving issues and exceed their expectations.
Support store operations, which may include opening and closing procedures, inventory, and daily revenue reporting.
Maintain merchandising and visual presentation standards.
Support the training and development of Stylists.
