About The Position

The Retail Stylist represents the brand image and is responsible for establishing, maintaining, and growing a client base to achieve sales goals. The Stylist provides expert product and wardrobing advice while delivering a memorable client experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years’ experience in a premium-to-luxury selling environment.
• Strong customer service and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in utilizing available technology.
• Flexibility and ability to work evenings, weekends, and holiday schedules.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain deep connections with clients and drive repeat business to achieve sales goals.
• Consistently deliver memorable in-store experiences to all clients and plan client appointments to maximize results.
• Inform clients about in-store events and new product deliveries to enhance their experience and increase engagement.
• Use multiple channels of technology to strengthen existing relationships and drive new client acquisition.
• Maintain broad product knowledge across all brand categories and take initiative to stay informed to maximize selling potential.
• Address clients’ total wardrobe needs across all categories.
• Inform clients about brand services.
• Put the client first when resolving issues and exceed expectations.
• Support store operational functions, which may include opening and closing procedures, inventory, and daily revenue reporting.
• Maintain merchandising and visual presentation standards and support the training and development of Stylists.
