About The Position

The Retail Supervisor, referred to at Nike as a Specialist, represents Nike to customers in a high-volume, fast-paced retail environment. The role supports customers in making product choices, contributes to a strong customer experience, and works collaboratively with teammates to meet store goals. Supervisors lead by example, deliver service according to Nike’s Service Principles, and help bring the consumer journey to life.

This full-time position is based at Nike Factory West Palm Beach in West Palm Beach, Florida, and is scheduled for 34–40 hours per week, including nights and weekends. The work includes customer service, retail operations, and maintaining store presentation.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 1 year of retail or consumer service experience.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on store needs.
• Use customer service authentically to help customers feel seen and understood.
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.

• Operate a cash register and perform shipping and receiving duties.
• Stock products, clean the store, and build visual displays, with or without accommodations.
• Attend store events and support teammates.
