About The Position

As a Nike Retail Supervisor, also referred to as a Specialist, you represent Nike in a high-volume, fast-paced retail environment. You help customers make informed choices, support excellent customer service, and work with your team to achieve shared goals. The role includes bringing Nike’s Service Principles to life throughout the customer journey and supporting store operations, including register use, shipping and receiving, stocking, cleaning, and creating visual displays.

This is a full-time position of 34–40 hours per week, including nights and weekends. The schedule may also include holidays based on store needs. The role is based at Nike Factory West Palm Beach in West Palm Beach, Florida.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 1 year of retail or consumer service experience.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on store needs.
• Use customer service authentically so customers feel seen and understood.
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
