About The Position

SoulCycle is hiring Studio Crew to help deliver a welcoming, high-hospitality studio experience. The role supports studio management and instructors, assists with class check-in and daily studio operations, and helps maintain the studio’s appearance, atmosphere, and culture. Duties include cleaning and preparing exercise equipment, floors, mirrors, common areas, bathrooms, and changing rooms. The responsibilities listed are representative rather than comprehensive, and other duties may be assigned.

Part-time employees must be available at least three days week over week for a total of 20 hours, including at least one Saturday or Sunday. All employees are expected to be available for peak holiday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level customer service and hospitality to clients.
• Assist Studio Management with daily studio tasks and projects.
• Maintain a positive attitude and take initiative.
• Support SoulCycle instructors to ensure a successful class check-in process.
• Work collaboratively with SoulCycle staff to promote efficiency and camaraderie.
• Assist with training and coaching new front desk hires.
• Maintain product knowledge for studio retail operations.
• Maintain the distinct SoulCycle aesthetic, appearance, atmosphere, and culture.
• Clean and prepare the studio, including exercise equipment, bikes, weights, floors, and mirrors.
• Clean common areas, including the front desk, lockers, retail shelves, office, and hallways.
• Clean bathrooms and changing rooms.
