About The Position

SoulCycle is hiring seasonal Studio Crew and Key Holders to support its Palm Beach studio during the holiday season. The role focuses on providing hospitality and customer service, supporting studio operations and instructors, and helping create an unforgettable rider experience. The seasonal schedule runs November 20, 2026 through November 30, 2026, and December 18, 2026 through January 5, 2027.

Requirements

Customer service experience.
Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Provide high-level customer service and hospitality to clients.
Assist Studio Management with daily studio tasks and projects.
Maintain a positive attitude and take initiative.
Support SoulCycle instructors to ensure a successful class check-in process.
Work cohesively with SoulCycle staff to promote efficiency and camaraderie.
Assist with training and coaching new front desk staff hires.
Maintain product knowledge for studio retail operations.
Maintain the distinct SoulCycle aesthetic, appearance, atmosphere, and culture.
Clean and prepare the studio, including exercise equipment, floors, and mirrors.
Clean common areas, including the front desk, lockers, retail shelves, office, and hallways.
Clean bathrooms and changing rooms.
