Studio Crew, East 54th
About The Position
SoulCycle is hiring a Studio Crew team member for its East 54th location. The role provides customer service and hospitality to clients, supports studio management and instructors, and helps maintain the studio’s operations, appearance, atmosphere, and culture. Duties include assisting with class check-in, supporting retail operations, training new front desk hires, and cleaning and preparing the studio and its common areas. Part-time employees must be available at least three days each week, totaling 20 hours, including at least one Saturday or Sunday. All employees are expected to be available for peak holiday shifts. Other duties may be assigned.
Requirements
- Customer service experience.

Responsibilities
- Provide high-level customer service and hospitality to clients.
- Assist Studio Management with daily studio tasks and projects.
- Maintain a positive attitude and take initiative.
- Support SoulCycle instructors to ensure a successful class check-in process.
- Work cohesively with SoulCycle staff to support efficiency and camaraderie.
- Assist with training and coaching new front desk staff hires.
- Maintain product knowledge for studio retail operations.
- Maintain the distinct SoulCycle aesthetic, appearance, atmosphere, and culture.
- Clean and prepare the studio, including exercise equipment such as bikes and weights, floors, and mirrors.
- Clean common areas, including the front desk, lockers, retail shelves, office, and hallways.
- Clean bathrooms and changing rooms.
