About The Position

SoulCycle Studio Crew members bring the “Soul” of SoulCycle by connecting with riders, providing top-tier hospitality, and maintaining operational excellence. The position supports the company’s values and vision and helps create a welcoming mind-body-soul experience for riders.

This is a part-time role requiring availability at least three days each week, totaling 20 hours, with at least one Saturday or Sunday available. Employees are also expected to be available for peak holiday shifts. Duties listed are representative rather than exhaustive, and other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• A strong inclination to care for people.
• Customer service experience.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Openness to receiving and delivering feedback.
• Ability to complete tasks and perform duties without direction.

Responsibilities

• Create personalized rider experiences through high-level customer service and hospitality.
• Build community with riders and anticipate their wants and needs.
• Help ensure every rider feels welcome in the studio.
• Support instructors with class check-in.
• Be willing and able to assist in first-aid situations.
• Participate in studio challenges intended to drive paid rides, retail sales, and hospitality.
• Upsell class packs, renewal memberships, retail products, shoes, and water.
• Drive studio goals through intentional selling and maintain product knowledge for retail operations.
• Assist Studio Management with daily tasks and projects.
• Support the training and coaching of new hires.
• Build interpersonal relationships with staff to promote efficiency and camaraderie.
• Maintain SoulCycle studio aesthetics, atmosphere, and culture.
• Clean and prepare bikes, weights, floors, and mirrors.
• Clean common areas, bathrooms, locker areas, the front desk, lockers, retail shelves, office, and hallways.
