The Part-Time Stylist ensures customers receive the EVEREVE Styling Experience whenever they shop in the store. The role focuses on making sure every customer is seen and connected with, in keeping with the store mantra, “WE WILL MISS NO ONE!” The Stylist works with store leaders and peers to provide a welcoming, personal styling experience and supports daily business operations, sales, inventory, and visual standards.

Responsibilities

• Acts in accordance with the company’s HEART values: humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity.
• Maintains a strong presence on the sales floor, displaying warmth and positive energy.
• Follows company policies and standards set by the company and Store Manager.
• Works with leaders and peers to deliver a strong HEART Styling experience for all customers.
• Supports the leadership team with daily business operations, including coordinating operations, managing store inventory, and upholding merchandising and visual standards.
• Contributes to store sales generation and goals.
