About The Position

SoulCycle Studio Crew members bring the “Soul” of SoulCycle by connecting with riders, providing innovative hospitality, and maintaining operational excellence. They uphold the company’s values and vision while helping create a welcoming community and supporting the studio’s daily operations. This is a part-time role requiring at least three days of availability each week, totaling 20 hours, with at least one available day on Saturday or Sunday. Employees are also expected to be available for peak holiday shifts. The listed duties are representative rather than exhaustive, and other duties may be assigned. Pay is $15 per hour.

Requirements

An innate love for taking care of people.
Customer service experience.
Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Create personalized rider experiences through high-level customer service and hospitality.
Build community with riders and anticipate their wants and needs.
Make riders feel welcome in the studio.
Support instructors with class check-in.
Assist in first aid situations.
Participate in studio challenges aimed at driving paid rides, retail sales, and hospitality.
Upsell class packs, renewal memberships, retail products, shoes, and water.
Drive studio goals through intentional selling and maintain product knowledge for retail operations.
Assist Studio Management with daily tasks and projects.
Support training and coaching new hires.
Build interpersonal relationships with staff to foster efficiency and camaraderie.
Maintain SoulCycle studio aesthetics, atmosphere, and culture.
Clean and prepare bikes, weights, floors, and mirrors.
Clean common areas, bathrooms, locker areas, the front desk, lockers, retail shelves, office, and hallways.
