Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet members and guests with a friendly, positive attitude
• Clean and reset sauna rooms promptly between appointments
• Ensure each sauna suite is clean, comfortable, and ready for the next guest
• Prepare and maintain cold towels and towel bundles
• Maintain towel and studio supplies
• Support the Membership Sales team with day-to-day studio tasks
• Respond to basic guest questions and assist with studio tours
• Help keep the studio clean, organized, and welcoming
• Contribute to an exceptional guest experience from arrival through departure
